25 January 2025 -The Universiti Malaya Faculty of Medicine proudly held the official opening ceremony of the Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai Medical Museum. The momentous event was officiated by YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Ter Leong Yap, Member of the Universiti Malaya Board of Directors. The ceremony commenced with the arrival of distinguished guests, including YBhg. Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai, Founder and Executive Chairman of Top Glove Corporation Berhad, as well as esteemed faculty and university representatives. Highlights of the program included speeches by YBhg. Professor Dato’ Dr. Yang Faridah Abdul Aziz, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and YBhg. Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai himself. The Vice Chancellor, YBhg. Professor Dato' Seri Ir. Dr. Noor Azuan Abu Osman, delivered the officiation speech to mark this historic milestone for the university.
